RunGroups & Interval Sessions
Speed work/Interval sessions are a popular form of running workout, but many runners avoid them. Speed work is essential to improving your running, no matter what your current fitness level is. Our group running sessions are designed so you can run at YOUR relative running fitness and pace. This makes the sessions suitable for runners of all abilities, and YES, that does include beginner runners. The session includes movements and exercises to improve technique and efficiency followed by a challenging interval set with the distance varying with each runners pace.

These sessions are 60mins and held weekly.
